A New Digital Foundation for Hotel Lisetta

Between November 2024 and March 2025, we supported Hotel Lisetta in Dorf Tirol through a major expansion project: a partial demolition made way for a sustainable new building in modern timber construction. At the same time, behind the scenes, we planned, delivered, and implemented a powerful, future-proof IT infrastructure.

The challenges

The construction period of just under five months was extremely ambitious. In addition to the hotel team, numerous external partners were involved – from construction and building services companies to electricians and interior designers.
For us, this meant perfect coordination and seamless collaboration with all parties involved to ensure each system could be installed on time and with precision.

The solutions

To avoid future bottlenecks, we began our consulting and planning well before the actual start of construction. Together with the De Dea family, we developed an IT concept that meets the demands of a modern hotel operation while leaving room for future growth:

  • Network infrastructure: delivery and configuration of the complete network technology – including Barracuda firewall, high-performance Engenius switches, and comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage with access points and cloud controller.
  • Software & digitalisation: upgrade to ASA HOTEL Web for modern hotel management and implementation of a Modern Workplace based on Microsoft 365.
  • Infrastructure: new cabling of all rack cabinets, including patch panels, switches, and power supply, for improved clarity and ease of maintenance.

The result

Today, Hotel Lisetta benefits from a stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that we built from the ground up. Guests and staff enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property – from the reception area to the new suites.
The internal IT is easy to maintain, GDPR-compliant, and ready to meet all future demands of the hotel’s digital operations.
