Following the success of Live Merano Camping, the company opened a second state-of-the-art site in Partschins – Camping Am Sonnenberg – and we had the pleasure of supporting this exciting project from the very beginning.
Here are the project highlights.
From day one, the new site was meant to feature a modern and reliable digital infrastructure – intuitive for both staff and guests. The goal was to implement a future-proof system to simplify all processes around reception, POS, and guest communication – including smart ordering directly from the pitch.
Our team was responsible for the complete technical setup of the new facility. In addition to the installation and configuration of ASA Hotel software, we set up the POS system and built the entire IT infrastructure – tailored to the needs of a modern campsite. We also integrated the orderando app, allowing guests to conveniently place orders from their pitch.
The technical foundation for a smooth start has been laid: all systems are perfectly aligned, the team works efficiently with the new tools, and guests benefit from maximum comfort and digital flexibility.
