The solutions
In close collaboration with the hotel’s team, we implemented ASA HOTEL as the central system for hotel management. Part of the project included:
- Full data migration from the previous PMS system
- Introduction of the ASA Touch POS ordering system
- Integration with existing systems such as:
- Channel Manager
- Correspondence and marketing tools
- Revenue Management System RateBoard
Additionally, custom reports were created for various management areas, and guest segmentation was optimized to better align the service.
